How do I place an order?
There are three ways to place an order with That's My Toy
- Online - Simply click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button next to the items that you would like to purchase. Once you have selected all your items, click 'View Cart' and go through the check out process.
- Phone - Call (03) 901 MY TOY (03 9016 9869) or 0401 203 075
(Warehouse Number and Kim's mobile) to place your order. We are able to accept Visa and Master Card over the phone. You will also have the option to pay via Paypal, direct deposit or cheque.
- Email - Send us an email at email@example.com with the list of items you would like to order. Please include your delivery address and any addition information such as gift card messages and gift wrapping, if applicable. Also indicate the method of payment that you would prefer. You have the option of Visa, Master Card, Paypal, Bank deposit and cheque. We will then send you an invoice and information on completing your payment.
Please note that once your payment clears we are able to send out your order. In most instances, credit card payments are immediate. However, Bank deposits, e-cheques (through Paypal) and cheques do take several business days to clear.
How do I pay for my order?
There are four ways to pay for your order with That's My Toy
- Online Order Payment - If you use our online system, you will have the option of continuing to a PayPal payment page. We use PayPal to verify credit card details, you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay through this system. Once you get to the Paypal screen you have the option to signin to your Paypal account or pay with a credit card. This option is located under the sign in screen. The Paypal system accepts, Visa, Master Card and e-cheques. Please note that e-cheques do take several days to clear. Once your payment has cleared your order will be dispatched.
- Phone or Email Order payments - If you use either of these options, you can pay via Visa, Master Card, Direct Deposit, Paypal or Cheque. Please note that Direct Deposits, echeques and Cheques can take between 1 day to several days to clear. Your order will be dispatched once your payment clears.
What if change my mind and want to return an item?
We are so confident in our products that we know that you will love them as much as we do. However if you receive an item and it is not want you expected or you received an identical toy as a gift, you are able to return the toy. We do have a few conditions outlined below:
- If you do change your mind or simply want to return the item, we can only refund the purchase price of the toy less the shipping charge.
- The cost of the postage to return the item is at the customers expense.
- The item must be returned within 1 month of purchase in its original packaging and in sellable condition.
- We can not offer a change of mind refund on items that have been purchased on sale.
What if I receive an item that is damaged or faulty?
We do make every attempt to ensure that your products arrive safely, however if you do receive an item that is damaged or faulty for any reason, we will offer you a replacement or a refund of that item. In addition we will cover the cost to have the item returned and a new item sent out.

Your privacy is very important to us. We do not sell, share, rent or disclose your personal details to any unrelated third parties, unless it is specifically for the purpose of sending your parcel to you. Your credit card and account details are handled via Paypal's services and are not disclosed to us in any way.
That's My Toy reserves the right to refund orders that are created incorrectly either by price, quantity or product, due to technical errors.
